Better Than Original – Remanufactured in Germany:

During the remanufacturing process, all motor and reduction gearbox bearings are replaced with upgraded, reinforced bearings developed by Fersa for improved durability.

In addition, all seals and gaskets are replaced with OEM or improved versions to ensure proper sealing and long-term reliability. The complete drive unit undergoes thorough cleaning and measuring of all critical components to confirm they meet factory tolerances.

For the remanufactured Tesla Model S Large Drive Unit (LDU), a coolant delete modification is applied to eliminate the risk of premature failure caused by coolant leakage into the motor.

Finally, the motor and inverter undergo a full electrical check and functional test, ensuring proper insulation, performance, and safety.

1. Once the remanufactured electrical drive unit arrives at your workshop, the faulty unit is removed from the vehicle.

2. The remanufactured electric drive unit is installed and adapted to the car.

3. The defective electrical drive unit is returned to us for remanufacturing, and your deposit is refunded.
